Stroke Clinics will take place during the Wednesday evening practices in June from 5:00-6:00. All Sharks U8 and older are invited to attend. Focus will be on perfecting technique for a specific stroke each week and will mix dry land education with in the pool practice. U6 Sharks that were unable to attend in the morning will practice as usual.

Our NEW official uniforms for swim meets are the Arena Halftone in navy/red/white. An official uniform is not required. Please keep alternative suits primarily navy with red accents. Jammers/briefs and one piece swimsuits are required (no board shorts or 2 piece suits).
