The Sharks welcome Lauren Adam as the team head coach. Lauren has immersed herself in swimming for three decades. Beginning in the Bay Area at age five, she swam competitively, served as a junior coach, and continued coaching at various levels thereafter. She spent three years swimming Division One at the University of Hawaii. Lauren has since coached a varsity swim team, managed an aquatics program, directed a Country Club swim lesson program, and coached at other high-level clubs. After having two children and moving across the country a couple of times, Lauren opened her own swim school in Houston, Texas. Now settled in Atlanta, she is the owner of the fitness business OutFit Training and is thrilled to be the head coach for the Sharks!
